The Advanced Baby Imaging Lab has a Number of On-Going Studies Looking at Different Aspects of Brain Development!

Our current research includes brain development in healthy infants, toddlers and children; premature infants; older children with dyslexia; and infants and children with severe or profound hearing loss.  We have also teamed with colleagues at Women & Infants Hospital on a study into the effects of delayed cord clamping at birth.

Please click on the following images to learn more about each of our current studies and how you can participate.

Check back often, as we will be adding new studies on a continual basis!

Our research relies on the generous participation of our amazing families!

If you are interested in volunteering for any of our ongoing studies,  please call us to learn more.  We can introduce ourselves, show you around, explain the study further, and answer any questions.  All parents are reimbursed for time, receive a DVD movie of their child’s brain, and results of their child’s developmental assessment.   We hope to hear from you!
